Gandala

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace on Gandala ("the Platform"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Gandala provides business operations software including scheduling, POS, inventory, finance, team management, marketing automation, and subscription billing. Each workspace is a separate tenant with isolated data.

3. Account Responsibilities

The workspace owner is responsible for maintaining account security, managing staff access according to role and business need, and ensuring all business records are accurate and lawful.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees, plan limits, trial periods, and payment retry behavior are governed by the selected plan, the platform configuration, and the refund and cancellation policy. All financial amounts are calculated in integer cents to ensure accounting accuracy.

5. Data Ownership

The Customer retains full ownership of all data stored within their workspace. Gandala enforces tenant isolation and does not access, sell, or share tenant data except as required to operate the Platform or comply with law.

6. Acceptable Use

The Platform must be used for lawful business operations. The Customer shall not attempt to access other tenants' data, circumvent security measures, or use the Platform for purposes that violate applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gandala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gandala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Modifications

Gandala reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
